Due to the nature of our products, which are Ayurvedic medicines intended for personal health and wellness, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our products. Once products leave our facility, we cannot guarantee that they remain unaltered or uncontaminated, and therefore, for health and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Exceptions

In the event of any of the following situations, we will offer a replacement of the product:

1. Damaged Product: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
2. Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product or an incorrect order, please notify us immediately.

In both cases, we require photographic proof of the damaged or incorrect item, and our team will assist you in arranging a replacement. Replacements will be provided after proper verification and confirmation.
